Business terms for custom software work.
These terms apply to use of the A2Z Software website and initial business discussions about custom projects, prototypes, and services.

Services
A2Z Software provides custom software, automation, desktop app, web app, integration, reporting, and advisory services.
Public project examples, prototypes, and in-progress products shown on the site are provided for context only. Availability, completeness, pricing, scope, and delivery timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or signed agreement.
Project agreements
Custom work begins only after both sides agree to scope, price, timeline, payment terms, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
If a signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed project document controls for that project.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, access to required systems, lawful content, and any licenses or permissions needed for third-party tools, data, or platforms.
A2Z Software may pause or adjust delivery when missing approvals, access, content, payments, or dependencies affect the agreed scope or schedule.
Payments and changes
Fees, deposits, milestones, taxes, expenses, late-payment terms, and refund rules are handled in the applicable proposal or invoice.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a change order, revised estimate, or new project phase before work continues.
Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, clients own the final paid deliverables created specifically for them after full payment is received.
A2Z Software keeps ownership of pre-existing code, tools, templates, know-how, reusable components, and general methods used to deliver services. Clients receive the rights needed to use the delivered work for the agreed business purpose.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site or A2Z Software services to submit unlawful content, infringe rights, attack systems, distribute malware, scrape excessively, or interfere with site operation.
You may not rely on public website content as technical, financial, legal, or compliance advice for your own business without a separate professional review.
Warranties and liability
The website is provided as-is. A2Z Software works to keep information accurate, but does not guarantee that all public content, project examples, or availability details are complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2Z Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Project-specific liability terms are handled in the signed project agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, unless a signed project agreement states otherwise.
A2Z Software may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are a practical website baseline and are not a replacement for legal advice or a project-specific contract.
